Etude de l’impact d’intrants agrochimiques (pesticides, antibiotiques vétérinaires et azote) sur les microorganismes du sol et sur leurs fonctions écologiques soutenant les services écosystémiques des sols. Etude des processus microbiens impliqués dans l’adaptation à la biodégradation accélérée des intrants agrochimiques. Etude de l’impact écotoxicologique des intrants agrochimiques sur l’abondance, la composition, la diversité et l’activité des microorganismes du sol. Expert scientifique pour l’AFNOR (T95E, Ecotoxicologie Terrestre), l’ISO (TC190/SC4/WG4, Biological methods), l’ANSES (GT Antibiorésistance et Environnement) et l’EFSA (Expert scientifique pour le PPR Panel). Co-animateur du réseau Ecotox (https://ecotox.hub.inrae.fr/), co-créateur et co-animateur du réseau EcotoxicoMic (https://ecotoxicomic.org/)

Activités d’enseignement : 

Enseignement en microbiologie de l’environnement, écologie et écotoxicologie microbienne dans différents masters de l’Université de Bourgogne, l’Institut Agro Dijon et d’autres universités. Formation par la recherche (directeur de thèse et encadrement de post-doctorant).
